The Cumberland County Housing First Collaborative is working to end chronic homelessness in our region…but we need your help. Since 2017, with your support, we have housed over 100 chronically homeless individuals! However, we need your support to continue this great work!
A unique feature of our Housing First Program is that we are incorporating the community to help our homeless neighbors. We are asking that families, groups, organizations, churches, companies, etc., assist by “adopting a homeless neighbor” which involves doing one or more of the following:
We believe in a holistic approach to helping our neighbors and we need your assistance! To get started, please review the materials enclosed in this packet. You can sign-up by visiting www.endhomelessness2020.org and filling out a quick online form and we will be in touch. You can also email our Welcome Home Coordinator Deborah Ogelsby at dogelsby@m25initiative.org for more information or call 1-844-M25-HOPE ext. 719. We will work with you each step of the way and our Case Management Team is available to assist you with any questions you may have. |
