While the M25 Initiative does not have staff to provide social service assistance, we do partner with various agencies. Below are resources to help you.

Help is just a click away.Sometimes, it's difficult to know where to start looking when a patient, client, friend or family member needs help.The Health and Wellness Alliance wants to help point you in the right direction by providing information about resources that our area can offer, whether it's food, health, housing, veteran's resources, job training, and much more. 

Search for free or reduced cost services like medical care, food, job training, and more.

Apply for Food Stamps and Financial Assistance

​This site will help to see if you are eligible for food assistance (SNAP), cash assistance (WFNJ/TANF or WFNJ/GA), and health Insurance (NJ FamilyCare/Medicaid). From there you can apply for services or learn about additional resources.
