Cumberland County Code Blue Program
Beginning in the City Bridgeton, the Code Blue program has expanded to the cities of Millville and Vineland and now operates as the Cumberland County Code Blue Coalition. Code Blue is a grassroots movement of churches and community members voluntarily responding to the needs of our homeless neighbors.

Cumberland County Housing First Collaborative
The Cumberland County Housing First Collaborative with partner agencies: Gateway Community Action Partnership, PRAC of NJ, Resources for Independent Living, CompleteCare, and Revive South Jersey. Working with Monarch Housing, we are committed to the goal of utilizing a Housing First approach to eliminate chronic homelessness in Cumberland County by 2020. A Housing First program provides housing to homeless people, as a first step to addressing their healthcare and other social service needs.

Mustard Seed Mini-Grants
The M25 Initiative Mustard Seed Mini-Grant Program provides seed funding through matching grants for innovative start-up and on-going projects of faith-based organizations and collaborations in Cumberland County, NJ.
